How the website processes enquiries

The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Resend to deliver enquiry notifications by email to MR Oil. Enquiry information may therefore pass through these service providers and be retained in our business mailbox. Technical and security logs may also be processed by website infrastructure providers.

How long information is kept

Business enquiries and related correspondence are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above or applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.
